Troy Davidson worked onboard the 82metre Motor Yacht Secret and subsequently the 11Ometre Motor Yacht Kaos both as Head Chef. I first met Troy on Secret in May 2017 and worked with him through to his departure from Kaos.

Troy was an exceptional head chef who continually impressed the Owner and guests onboard both Secret and Kaos. Troy brought a vibrant and very likeable character to the galley creating a relaxed but highly productive environment.

Troy's leadership extended beyond his culinary skills. He successfully oversaw a comprehensive galley refit on Motor yacht Kaos, managing the replacement of outdated equipment and installation and new layout of the galley. His ability to balance an approachable demeanor with professional cliscipline made him an invaluable crew member.
